Creature Comfort Press is committed to the Palestinian Campaign for the Academic and Cultural Boycott of Israel (PACBI). This is a commitment made in solidarity with the Palestinian people and their right to resist genocide and colonization, and in opposition to the normalization of Zionism by U.S. cultural institutions.
Our commitment to PACBI means that we refuse collaboration with Israeli cultural institutions, boycott products created by Israeli-owned companies, and aim to support Palestinian writers and cultural workers. As a queer publishing project, we also explicitly name our opposition to the pink-washing campaign carried out by the Zionist entity, and instead tie the liberation of all trans and queer people to the liberation of Palestinians, and of colonized people across the world. From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free.
